Property Survey
When completing work via Grant Funding, a full survey of the property will be required to assess whether the work will provide an improvement in environmental standards, as well as confirming that all work can be installed safely.

The survey will be completed by fully qualified RETROFIT ASSESSORS, Who will ensure the building is safe and check for any additional work that may be required to keep the work within regulation.
(Be aware, that sufficient ventilation is required and must be installed along side certain measures).

A valid EPC will be provided for any completed work, to confirm the new Energy Efficiency rating for the property.
